FOR LARGER COMPANIES, THEY MAYBE ABLE TO RECOUPE FROM THESE ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHEN THEYRE NOT HIRED, BUT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES LIKE MYSELF ITS MUCH HARDER. If I'm hired to dispose of rock, dirt, gravel, or anything of that nature. What a normal truckload would be considered does not apply. My truckload for these things is based on weight and not by a normal load as these things weigh significantly more than most things. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY: -Appliances with refrigerant/freon. $15/ea -water heaters/ac units. $40/ea. -Tires. $10-$40 -Extra labor (ex. moving pile rock/dirt). Per job basis. -Possible commute/mileage over 30 miles. per job basis. -Extra helper/mover. ($25-$50) -Ect... I DO NOT TAKE PAINT!!! SORRY! (just way too hard to get rid of) For junk removal, I have a standard size truck bed of just over 6 1/2ft long. ***Reminder... a large sectional couch, or a 3 seat sofa and loveseat, and ect. IS NOT A 1/2 TRUCKLOAD!!!*** Not even if you stack them its not a 1/2 load. I will do my best to fit everything in as few truckloads as possible, but if there ends up being more than the original amount or you're just completely underestimating load amount, I will be charging extra as needed. I will always respond, usually pretty quickly unless it's after 10 pm, then i will first thing in the morning. PLEASE DO NOT DOUBLE BOOK ME WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! IT COSTS ME GAS AND TIME TO SHOW UP TO NOT DO A JOB THAT I THOUGHT I WAS HIRED TO DO. Apologies for this long intro, but I'm trying to eliminate some unnecessary costs on my end and any misunderstandings that might occur to help me stay in business.
