by communicating with the customer letting them know the exact process, and how the business works the features the services we provide the negotiation process on some of the services we provide and letting the customer know up front there's no hidden fees. Making them comfortable with our service and very happy with our service.

Man I don't remember okay several times where I had good interactions with a customer that's all I can think of right now. I always try to have good a situations good deliveries when working for a customer

I'll tell the customer just keep their head up do that research and do diligence and try to find the right people to work with.
