What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The initial price is an estimate. Whenever possible I like to take a look at the job in person to give a much better quote. When that is not possible, photos are a huge help in determining the cost of the project. Keep in mind estimates are free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It really helps when photos are taken by the customer.

My father was a huge influence in my life. He instilled a great work ethic in my life

I have dealt with a lot of different people in my years of being in business.

I treat all my jobs the same way. The client put the job on Thumbtack because it was important for it to be handled. That is why I am here, to get it done!
