Hello, and thank you for coming to our page. My name is Joe, and I'm the owner of Performance Junk Removal and Hauling. We are based out of Hawaiian Gardens, but we service both LA and OC. We also travel to San Bernadino and Riverside counties for larger jobs (3 pickup truck loads or more). We are somewhat new to the Thumbtack app, but we have years of experience prior to officially starting our business in 2024. We have new equipment and all of the correct tools to get the job done safely and efficiently. Don't have trash bags? We carry large 42-gallon contractor trash bags in our truck along with other supplies. We carry an assortment of hand tools to dismantle bed frames, shelves, and just about everything else. We come prepared to tackle every job! We can also demo your concrete patio and walkways. Lastly, we offer a wide range of junk removal solutions for both residential & commercial clients. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing for everyday household junk is based on volume. Construction materials are based on volume and weight when it comes to concrete, dirt, or roof shingles. We offer discounts for any driveway or curb side items we pickup. Are you close by us? We can offer you a discount as well. We're based out of Hawaiian Gardens 90716.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm really good at figuring out problems (automotive background) and I have done plenty of moves and cleanouts for friends and family. Experience is the best teacher, and I have plenty of it. I have all of the correct equipment to be quick, safe, and efficient as possible. I can have a crew ready to go for large jobs and I can send out one of my team members to your location of I am busy with a removal job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with homeowners, renters, small businesses, large businesses, shops, and warehouses. We have worked with private individuals, business owners, and contractors. We have the means to pick up a single refrigerator, and all the way up clearing out Costco size warehouses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Price should not be your only determining factor when considering a Pro. Does it make sense to wait for hours (or all day) while someone goes back and forth to dump their load on a 2, 3, or 4+ pickup truck load job? Do they have the correct tools to remove and carry your junk out safely and without making a mess? The last thing you want to find out is that all of your junk was dumped in the back of an alley or on the side of the road. Ask them where they will be dumping/disposing their trash.
