What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge by the amount of space your items take in our truck. Typically an eighth of space is equivalent to an average truck bed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to ask if this is their first time hiring a junk removal service and if so I break down the process of how everything is done, from pricing to donating to dumping. I make sure they’re satisfied with our work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in the junk removal business for almost 10 years, I’ve learnt the ins and outs and whereabouts of junk and everything has a place.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had a neighbor walk over to me and offer me a job at a company he worked for. Being on the road and doing jobs in multiple cities and being outdoors on a daily was what got me hooked. Getting a decent workout while doing junk removal was also a bonus to me!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all kinds of customers and companies. From your suburban home to downtown San Diego to hospitals across the county. We do it all if the price is right!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

House clean outs are some of the most satisfying jobs. You’ll never know what you come across amongst the piles of items laying around, and the satisfaction you get from seeing the before an and afters of a room or house is always fun to watch.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

One’s trash is another’s treasure! We do our very best to donate everything we get, from furniture to clothing.

Do you charge by space or truck loads? What is the maximum price this company will charge for their truck load?
