What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with us will typically start with a quick phone call to gather information, and then we prefer to schedule an on-site estimate before scheduling the job or completing it right then and there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Junk Removal is a straightforward business, but we do our best to stay up to date on best practices regarding safety and stay well informed regarding proper recycling and waste policies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started this business as a side hustle to help support our growing family and quickly fell in love with being able to provide quality service and a clean space to so many in our community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers from residential to business and commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a cleanout for a person who had just lost a family member. Although it was a tough situation, it made them feel great that we were able to clear the old clutter and help them take the next steps towards healing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to ask if they are insured! it's important that you and your property are protected while any company is on site.

What do I want removed? When do I want to schedule it? Am I ready to do this now?
