What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the volume and type of junk you need removed, with no hidden fees. We offer free estimates and upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect. Discounts may be available for larger loads, repeat customers, seniors, and military personnel. We also waive certain fees for curbside pickups or easy-access jobs. Every quote includes labor, transportation, and proper disposal—no surprise charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s super easy—just send us some pics or tell us what you need gone. We’ll give you a quick quote, set up a time that works for you, show up on time, and haul everything away. You don’t have to lift a finger—we handle it all from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in junk removal, moving, and property cleanouts. We’re trained in safe lifting, efficient loading, and proper disposal practices. We also stay up to date on local recycling and donation guidelines to make sure we’re doing things the right way.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started with helping friends and family get rid of old furniture and clean out garages. I realized there was a real need for reliable, no-hassle junk removal—so I turned it into a business. I enjoy helping people clear out space and making the process easy for them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with all kinds of customers—homeowners, renters, landlords, realtors, contractors, and business owners. Whether it’s a quick garage cleanout, a move-out job, or a full property cleanup, we’ve handled it all.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project I really enjoyed was helping a family clean out their late father’s home. It was a big job with lots of furniture, old boxes, and sentimental items. We worked carefully and respectfully, and it took about 3 hours to get everything cleared out. The family was so thankful—it felt good to take that stress off their shoulders.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to look for a provider who is transparent about pricing, has good reviews, and is experienced. Make sure they offer upfront quotes with no hidden fees and that they treat your property with respect while getting the job done efficiently.
