We recycle as much as we possibly can and drop items off at the Arc Thrift Store, Habitat for Humanity, we recycle metal as well when possible as top priorities! Our items we drop off at the landfill are the items that can't be donated or recycled. We are a company that takes great pride in the work we do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I currently am offering 15% off all services. We also do a $25 discount if items are accessible on the driveway or in the garage that we can back our equipment up to.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

a typical process for a new client is we can give a rough idea with price over the phone is usually the normal process. When we arrive on job sites we give our customers the exact price before we start. And then the client decides to hire us right then and there or not. That way we can make sure clients are okay with our pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been a Business owner for 15 years and have excelled entrepreneurship.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this company while working for another Junk company in town and wanted to start our own Junk Removal service after the fact.

What types of customers have you worked with?

commercial, residential, condos, houses, apartments, construction sights, businesses etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our first jobs that we worked on was a farm up in the mountains. This farm had multiple barns filled with items that were saved since 1920. This job took us the entire week to complete. And that was one of my first junk removal jobs as a business owner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The easier the access to their things that needed to be removed from the job site the better our prices.
