We start off by offering a free no obligation estimate to all potential customers. If the new customer approves the estimate, we go ahead with finding a time range & day that will work best for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We’ve learned this work hands-on — from years of experience hauling junk, clearing properties, and handling light demolition safely and efficiently. Over time, we've developed systems to protect our customers’ homes, work quickly, and dispose of items properly. We’ve also taken the time to understand the business side — from customer service to scheduling — so everything runs smoothly start to finish.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started Lightning Bay Junk Removal as part of our dream to build something of our own. In 2021, Adam took a leap of faith and left his corporate job so we could start our business together. We knew junk removal was the right fit for us — it’s hands-on, rewarding, and allows us to help people every day. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited to keep growing as a local, family-owned company.

We’ve been fortunate to work on many memorable projects, but one that stands out is a recent apartment cleanout for an older gentleman looking to start fresh in a new home. He was overwhelmed by years of belongings, and we were able to clear everything out in just one day. He was so grateful — and moments like that remind us why we do what we do. Junk removal isn’t just about hauling items; it’s about helping people move forward, and we’re honored to be part of that.
