What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is done by how much of our 15 yard dumpsters you fill up. to have us completely fill the large dumpsters is $400 with labor and disposal included. To fill Half is $200 and so on... our single item pick up fee is $75

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To start the process we can either receive a picture of the items that need removed or come by for an estimate. Once we agree on a price we start the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This is a very new industry. There are no certifications for it currently. Insurance is a must have and common sense is our recipe for success!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have a cleaning service and always had to carry furniture out from past tenants so we purchased a trailer and it grew from there. Now we have the biggest nicest trucks and trailers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our main clientele are normal people that just need some more space from years of accumulated junk! Though we have a network of landlords, realtors, and probate attorneys that we works with regularly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We can clean out any home no matter how full in a day or less!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get multiple estimates! Make sure they are insured! It’s a dangerous job!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

All you need to consider with us is how much space your items will take up. Weight and position don’t matter within reason!
