What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are based off of the quantity of items that the customer have our prices are very reasonable and we do not charge travel time. We offer flat rates because I think flat rates are very good for the customer because at least the customer would know what they’re gonna pay once we come out

We’ve been doing it six years now we’re very good at what we do and we love what we do

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, we used to work for a moving company and we learned all of the business side of the company and we started our own. We’ve been in business for six years now and we love it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work for all people it doesn’t matter the race, color, rich or poor. We help all and we work for all. Some people don’t have the money like other customers. We still help whether it’s lower prices or discounts we help.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the price that they’re giving you is the price that you’re gonna pay once they come out we do not charge travel time and we sent invoices so the price we discussed will be in the invoice and it will be the price that you pay most customers that we talk to tell us they have companies and come out and try to charge more money
