Even if you see a price set on my profile, I will always reach out to the customer to make sure we are charging a fair price that can accommodate not only for me, but mainly to the customer as there is always room for negotiation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always reach out to the customer with in the first hour to go over jobs details and more importantly what the customer wants and needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

.Customer Services base experience. .Moving Services-Short/Long distance. .Trash Outs services for Apartments Communities, small business, contractions debris, private homes and more. .Last mile delivery services to anywhere in the state. .Heavy and Light furniture deliveries services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I previously owned a construction company dedicated to renovations services, trash outs, maintenance services. After Covid we downgraded to the services that we are providing today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In this business we have worked with all types of customers, from the very best to the must complicated ones but, base on our customer services experience and management background we are able to always provide the same quality of services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was very fond of a recent move that I did to Ms. Colleen that needed and additional help with here 3 rooms move service and we had to go back to provide a little extra help do to her health. I was very happy and fulfilled with the services that was provided to Ms Colleen, and also she was really happy and a very kind customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To always look not only for the best price, but meanly for the reviews as that is what talks about the person you are going to hired to the job for you.

Always provides the must accurate job description and pictures to let the Pro know what are your need and give you a fair price.
