What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Typically, we charge by volume. (Cubic yards/How much junk in the truck) In some cases we will charge by weight.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always prefer to see our customers face to face so we extend no obligation on site estimates for all of our projects. After receiving the estimate, if the customer agrees to the price we can usually remove the items right away.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been involved in the construction fields for over 15 years. We have also had experience in the banking and the real estate industry.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a hoarding job in Kailua, we removed over 25,000 lbs. of junk from the property. We removed tons of trash, a hot tub, a tea house, 2 boats, and more!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they come highly recommended and that they have commercial auto, liability, and workman's comp insurance policies.
