What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Cleanouts are priced by the load.$125 for the first full size pickup load and $100 for each additional.I have a 16' trailer that can hold at least 3 loads also if needed. Plumbing,carpentry and light electrical is $50 per hour. Automotive is $60 per hour and parts are not marked up.if I order parts online I can usually get them for 30% less than the parts store.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Phone discussion then meet.I can generally give a close estimate over the phone or in person depending on the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took automotive all through high school and worked in a shop for 4 years after high school. I've taken electricity coarses at dmacc. I've also done all types of construction my whole life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

helping friends and family move and cleanup their own properties

My family,friends and coworkers I do work for.and now Thumbtack and Craigslist.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a tiling project I really enjoyed it was at my house around my woodburning stove.
