We stand by our price as quoted. We offer discounts for volume and repeat customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet our customers for a quote whenever possible. Not all Junk removal jobs are created equal so we may need to come look at what your needs are in order to give you a price, amount of items, size of items, labor needed to move items, etc. for this reason we will sometimes give you a range we can guarantee not to exceed. Let us know your budget and we will see what we can do to work with you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Spent many years in the residential construction and demolition industries. Many years in customer service. We know what it takes to remove debris and how to keep our customers satisfied.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our years in construction guided us towards this niche of the industry. Finding a good reliable source to dispose of your junk can be a headache. Needed your space cleaned up quickly and ready for you to get to work, whether it's a tenant vacancy, construction site or just spring cleaning. Everyone deserves a clean environment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We deal with all types of customers, Homeowners, Realtors, Property Managers, Contractors, Rehabbers, Cities, Villages and municipalities for local clean up efforts. Our labor is included with our price and no permits are needed for our services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Working with cities to clean up blocks and debris filled parks and alleyways. It feel great to look and see the immediate impact out crew is making!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire local family owned businesses like ours who try to do great work, establish relationships and who bring your money back to your communities to support our families.
