What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I usually price things how much room trash takes in the trailer. We have a list of all the prices with option to book on our website link.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Afer agreeing on time we arrive and estimate how much space trash might take and depends on the circumstances the price is than finalized for the job. We load and than cleanup afer job is done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have extended experience in moving and we visited many recycling centers to get idea what could be recycled and wat items can not and have to go to landfid.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working on some construction projects and bought trailer to haul construction debries. In between jobs I found a use for it by helping friends until I got hired few times, rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Businesses and private individuals, real estate agents, investors, generl contractors, we meet many people every day and there is no job or person ever the same. From Landrmat trying to dispose an old commercial washer to very sweet layde who wants to cleanup her house from old junk before moving out.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recent demo of a "Bunker Kitchen" I call it that way because, beside plaster on all the walls, the kitchen had a tile which had 2" reinforced concrete with steel netting behind it. Was challenging and fun to complete it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please dont underestimate how much material for pickup you have. 2 sofas a king size bed mattresses with dinning room table and 6 chairs does not equa l= one pickup truck but 3

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do trailer/truck have easy acces to load the matrials? Do I know what I want to dispose? Am I ready to hire? Do I have a picture of the junk that i could add to the application to help the Pro do more accurate estimate.
