What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is upfront and visible for filling the truck based on volume. Please inquire directly for recycling fees associated with: mattresses/boxsprings, TVs, monitors, appliances, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I assess what they need help with first and foremost. Every customer needs help with something they cannot do themself or simply would like to avoid the hassle of doing it themself. I am a solution to that need! I pride myself on superior communication from beginning to end of service. I have received hundreds of five-star reviews across numerous platforms in my professional junk removal/moving career, and it is my mission for every customer I serve to receive that standard!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

5+ years of junk removal and moving experience. Current DOT medical card to operate non-CDL commercial vehicles such as dump trucks or box trucks.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a franchised based junk removal & moving company that is nationwide in June of 2019. After working my way up from their entry-level position to upper management, I decided to found my own junk removal company in July of 2024 based on the vast experience I gained from my previous company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a wide range of customers. I have serviced people on tight budgets along with millionaires as well. I have worked with individuals and also worked with businesses as well. The beauty of my industry is that I get to meet and interact with customers from so many different backgrounds, industries, and communities. I absolutely love it!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I assisted with removing a garage full of cardboard leftover from my customers recent move into their new home. They were new to the area and I was the first tradesman that they contacted for services. I provided them with 5-star service and they were so thrilled to know that the cardboard was going to be recycled properly!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for upfront, honest pricing. For your sake make sure you like their level of communication. I ensure to my customers that they will receive an ETA the day before their job, and an ETA message when I depart for their location. I want my customers treated in the way that I would want my family or friends to be treated!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Upfront and exact pricing to the best of the professionals ability without being on-site to assess the full scope of the job. Ask the professional if they are certain the job can be done in the time frame the customer needs. Ask about ETA/confirmation message process. Confirm the methods of payment the professional accepts. Ask the professional if there are additional fees to dispose of certain items.
