unfold fold
Typically I will message the costumer and follow up with a phone call to to discuss the scope of work and any other necessary details. Once that is established, we will schedule a date and time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
N/A

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
To begin with, I did auto detailing for my old job; enterprise. My mother noticed how passionate I was when it came to my previous job, she later requested me to pressure wash the deck because it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by how much simpler it was than I had anticipated. Therefore, I began advertising my work in my neighborhood homes to launch my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with costumers of various backgrounds. Swift takes pride in giving our 100% to all of our customers no matter your religion, race, ethnicity, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A costumer was flipping a house and needed some yard work done to the back yard. This backyard was an old garden that haven’t been maintenance in years. The goal was to make it look as presentable as possible. It was full of vines, tree branches, crops, fruits, vegetables, heavy stones, gravel…pretty much anything you could think of. The costumer wanted all of this removed, cut down, and hauled away. We were able to do it in 2 days. I really enjoyed watching the backyard come together as we were working on it and the costumer and I were very satisfied with the end result

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would advise a costumer to talk to the provider on the phone to get a feel for their costumer service skills

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Costumers should think about any obstacles like gates, fences, hills, and things of that nature that need to be accounted for. Also what the project will look like from start to finish.
