What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A customer makes an appointment and selects a two-hour arrival window. Our team of friendly junk removal professionals arrives during the two-hour arrival window and provides a no-obligation quote free of charge. If the quote is accepted by the customer, the team gets to work loading the items into the truck.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All team members undergo a thorough training program that covers all aspects of the junk removal business from customer service to workplace safety.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started hauling items away junk for family and friends and the business grew from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with both residential and commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we are fond of is the demolition of a metal shed. The shed had been built by hand and was very sturdy. It took several hours to demolish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company has previously completed a job similar to the one you need done. Also, make sure the company is insured and reputable.
