What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It's the cheapest around because we're a new moving company. Just $90/hr is for 2 guys!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We call and get a non refundable deposit then schedule. the day before we give a call. the day of, we call before and show up early, be very friendly and get the job done quickly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 7 years in the moving industry! my employees are also no strangers to it as I have worked with them for 3+ years!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a youth ministry years ago and stayed for 7 years, where we did great work and I was eventually put on the moving truck. I always knew I wanted to have my own business so I'm 2024 I started "Flex's Moving Company"!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

all kinds from younger people to older people, nice people to rude people, impatient people with patient people, however they've all been treated with the same kind of respect, manners, and friendliness we show to everyone!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a small 1 bedroom apartment move all from beaver, pa to Baltimore, Maryland. it was about 4.5 hours away and we started at 10am and got back at 9:30pm.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I'd first recommend Flex's Moving Company, as we are the best in the game. We posses the strength of Hercules, the speed of the flash, the the brains of Einstein, the patience of Moses, the toughness of David Goggins, and are of the friendliest ever!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

how to make the $250 nonrefundable deposit? cash app or neutral meet up. How many pianos will we carry ourselves? how many couches? How fast will we complete this move?
