Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I usually charge by volume when it comes to residential household items. That would include refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and also all bedroom furniture. But commercial/construction debris could be a little more. Commercial, or construction debris could be Sheetrock, plaster, any flooring, lumber, concrete, and shingles. Also there are some extra charges with tires, and mattresses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Asking when do they need the job done. What does the job consist of (Ex) any demo work, is it commercial, or residential items. Where are the items located. Do you need just labor, or full service junk removal. Labor=You provide dumpsters, or somewhere to load items, and you the client are responsible for disposing. Labor is charged usually by the hour. What is your budget. I try to work with everyone within reason.
