What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Cheaper is not always better but, there is a thing as too high. I always go with the middle price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talk to the customer face to face and get to know the customer and find out exactly what they want and how they want it done

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Associate Degree in Applied Science (Major Welding)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started through my Dad and his work around a welding Shop. Once I got under the hood I knew it’s the path I wanted to take. Most people get the the hands on experience and I wanted to go to school and learn it all or as much as they taught any how. Once I got in and finished my degree I hit the road for a few year until I started my own business. From here the rest is history but all I can say is I keep my head up and get pushing forward

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Really look at the persons past work. Make sure they know what they are doing there are to many people who will try and scam you.
