What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a 10% military, first responder, and senior citizen discounts, as well as multi load and multi-customer discounts. If you have others near you who need a similar service we can lower the prices due to lowered overhead costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to get pictures and provide a free estimate. Sometimes the prices are more or less than what was quoted, but we are transparent about prices before work begins. If someone does not confirm pricing before work begins please let us know.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I served in the military for 22+ years and have had to complete my fair share of dirty jobs. Professionalism and honesty are two of our key tenets and we will provide that for all customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started helping a friend in a similar endeavor when I retired from the military and realized I really enjoyed the work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked for everyone from residential customers to housing developments and construction sites.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy helping people out. Often times we run into customers who are overwhelmed with the amount of materials. Watching the relief on their face when the job is completed is always rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper is not always better. Ensure that whoever you contract is licensed and insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Honestly assess how much you need removed… Get measurements and pictures if possible, otherwise your quote may be higher than expected. Please keep in mind that local transfer stations are sometimes free however, we are required to pay to properly dump items at the landfill.
