What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We're the convenient and reliable option within the junk removal space. We may not always be the cheapest option, but you'll get the white-glove experience as our customer. However, we'll do our best to compete in pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As we accept same-day junk removal, we're quick to respond to inquiries. Typically customers will send a photo of the junk to be hauled, we offer a price and show up on the agreed upon time frame.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked in tech for 12 years and dealt with customers all the while. I know how important the end customer is to the business and how critical a 5-star experience is. I'll ensure to stay communicative and reliable so I can win back your business in future projects!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

During the renovation of my own home, I was constantly doing landfill/recycling/donation runs out of my truck and a rented trailer. I started to love the feeling of cleaning up a space that felt cluttered and in-the-way. There is a real dopamine hit cleaning up and hauling away unwanted junk.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all sorts of customers, both residentially and commercially. Junk piles up quickly, and before long it's taking up mental and emotional space, in addition to the physical space. Clear it out, clear your mind!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm fond of a recent project I did with a woman who had clutter in her garage since she moved in 4 years ago. She mentioned how annoying and emotionally taxing it was to shimmy past the clutter to get into her car. She mentioned she felt relief as soon as it was hauled away, and she was happy that the heavy bedframe was being donated to someone else instead of getting pulverized at the landfill.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust the reviews, reviews are an outward expression of the organic experiences that recent customers had with the business. They tell the exact truth!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is this something I can do myself, or is my time and effort more valuable? What items need to be removed? Where are the items located? Do I want people walking through my place of residence? What is my timeline?
