What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We work with your designer and builder to make sure that the installation is a breeze. The installation should be the least of your worries and VIP Appliance will handle installing your appliances to factory specifications and make sure you know how to use your appliances in proper use and care.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have decades of combined experience installing and educating customers with appliance installs and cooking demonstrations. VIP Appliance is committed to installing all major kitchen and laundry appliance brands. We are up to the challenge. All of our employees are properly trained, experienced, and insured so we give you piece of mind and a white glove experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My journey into the appliance industry began in 2008 while working at Smith-Crown Co., where I was first introduced to Miele kitchen appliances. From day one, I was drawn to the precision, innovation, and quality that Miele represented. That early exposure sparked a passion that would shape the rest of my career. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with Miele, staying up to date on their latest product lines and attending regular trainings on installation, service, and product education. I eventually became both a factory-authorized installer and an authorized service partner—roles that allow me to deliver top-tier expertise and support to my customers. Founding VIP Appliance was a natural next step. I wanted to create a company focused not just on flawless installations, but on giving customers a full understanding of how to use and get the most from their appliances. Through hands-on experience, countless trainings, and live cooking demos, I’ve learned how to bring Miele’s technology into real-world kitchens—and I love sharing that knowledge with every client I work with. Today, in addition to installations, I’ve partnered with Jonathan Baker of iFix in Riverdale to provide Miele repair services across Northern Utah, ensuring that Miele customers receive the best care from start to finish. ⸻ Would you like a shorter version as well for quick bios or social profiles?

We have mostly worked with high end premium appliances and are confident in all appliance installations. We have installed for celebrates, politicians, charities, and anyone we can deliver our VIP services to.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When deciding who to install your appliances, look for someone that not only knows how to turn a screwdriver, but someone that has a passion for cooking! We love to get in the kitchen and play around with all the new technologies and get you comfortable with your new purchase.

What do I do to prevent any problems in the future? Not only are we installers but we have over a decade in the repair and service industry so we know what problems may arise in the future and how to prevent them from happening. We take pride in educating you in proper use and care to give you piece of mind and preventing costly appliance repair bills. How do I use my appliance when it is installed? We take the time to educate you with the proper use and care of every product we install. With years of experience we can show you how to optimize your appliances for everyday use giving you the confidence to cook like a master chef.
