What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer standard pricing. If we quote you 1 load, we only charge for 1 load (even if our quote was off)!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We prefer pictures of the load to give an accurate quote on the services then, after agreeing on a price, we find a time that works well for you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Don’t laugh, but I worked at Chick-Fil-A, and learned just how important it is to smile, be polite and wow your customers. (I also did landscape for 5+ years as well)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We want our boys to grow up knowing how to work. This business also allows them to learn how to interact with clients in a way that will earn their trust and hopefully repeat jobs!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love to take your items to the DI, but we never shy away from the jobs that take brute strength 😆

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Client is doing a full remodel of a big home and we not only hauled away 6 full trailer loads in 3 days, but we assisted with the demolition as well!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Our reviews speak for themselves. If and when we do have a less-than-optimal experience, we do everything in our power to make it right and leave our clients smiling!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

An accurate estimate on how much space it will take up is really helpful, but at least the willingness to provide pictures of the items/job. The rest is really just on the pros!
