What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The way we price is by volume. The amount of space you take in the trailer. Snohomish county residents are charged $450 for a full trailer and King county residents $550 for a full trailer. Dump fees are $100 more per ton in king county. For example if you live in king county and you fill half of the trailer, you'll be charged $275 flat fee, no hidden extra fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We only ask for pictures and a quick description of the items needed to be disposed of along with a description of the ease of access to the items.
