What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide a flat rate pricing, We will never surprise you with unexpected charges. Our techs are highly trained and know how to price things within industry guidelines.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is to take all the information to place them on disbatch board. Name, Email, Address, Best phone number. The tech will call when he is on his way! We always recommend new clients sign up for our membership program.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified with all manufactures to install their equipment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing HVAC/PlUMBING when i was a young kid. I worked in a small family business and learned the trade the old school way (hands on) Im blessed enough to have been able to start Arcadia air. This company was built with honesty and making great relationships with our long time clients. We pride our selfs in customer service. Any bad reviews are normally related to longer than usual wait times or scheduling issues. None for poor tech performance. We are a smaller locally owned company who stands apart from the big box brand companies that will overcharge you for the same services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all customers. Tenants, home owners, and commercial clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We Installed 35 Tons of Hvac at the Tack room in buckeye. It was great being a part of this project from ground up.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at all there reviews from thumbtack, google, and other platforms. Give them a call and talk to the owner himself. See how many companies will allow that kind of access. When you choose Arcadia You get direct access to jimmy, Leave him a message and he will return your call!
