What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is not based on an hourly rate, every repair I do has a separate cost

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to knock on the customers door, introduce myself, give them my business card.at that point I like to look at the plumbing issue and diagnose it. Then I will come up with a price for the repair and discuss it with the homeowner.after completing the repair I usually clean up after myself, before I ask for payment

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended a 5 1/2 year union apprenticeship and went to school at night in order to get my journeyman csrd

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I originally got started in the plumbing trade after applying for a job at a construction jobsite

I usually work for residential customers, periodically I will work on office buildings

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend a customer look to make sure the company is licensed and has a contractors license
