What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to see the job to give an accurate bid. Listen to the customer and hear their concerns, visions and designs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 17 years experience in all types of flooring back splashes showers ect.. My husband is a licensed and insured plumber and together we make one heck of a team. We also have an amazing crew of guys. Some with 45 years experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being the honest plumbers you can count on to only do what’s needed.

Over the years I've met some really amazing people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently finished a shower and a bathroom remodel it turned out beautiful my client wanted something a symmetrical and she planned it out with me the entire time she was involved and it was amazing to see her vision come to life she loves her custom shower.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a licensed plumber and save money in the long run.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure they are licensed.
