What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is up front and there are no hidden fees. The only extra fee would be if the customer is out of area and that is discussed prior to any work performed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Gathering information of the customers needs, guiding them to the best solution based on my knowledge and experience, and then setting expectations for the rest of the process. I love making it as seamless a process for the customer from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My background is in custom Home Theater, technology services, and sales so I can handle anything to do with mounting TVs as well as anything associated with Home Theater making it a seamless customer experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I owned a fire alarm and security company at one point and decided to add Home Theater to our list of services and we had such a great response we added it as one of our primary services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve been doing this type of work for over 15 years so I have worked with just about every type customer possible.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I mounted 3 TVs for a sports media wall. The customer was doing it as a surprise for his roomate and was really excited about it. They liked the setup so much they added another 2 TVs for a total of 5 for the media wall. They loved it and were so excited to have friends over to enjoy it! The original project and the addition took about 3 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look at the reviews to see what quality of work to expect and also the customers experience.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think about what the end result they want should be. If they know that then I can guide them through the details of what they would need and then give them the best options.
