What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. Our rates are competitive and reflect the quality of our work and the urgency commercial or Residential jobs often require. We charge flat-rate pricing for common services and time-and-material for custom jobs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. First, we schedule a call or site visit to understand the issue and evaluate the scope of work. After that, we provide a detailed estimate with clear pricing and timelines. Once approved, we schedule the job and keep you updated every step of the way. We aim for clean, efficient work with minimal disruption. After completion, we test everything thoroughly, clean up, and ensure you're 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed plumbing contractor with over 10 years of hands-on experience specializing in commercial service and repair. My training includes technical certifications, manufacturer-specific courses, and countless hours in the field working on everything from large-scale pipe repairs to complex water heater and gas line systems. I stay up to date on codes and best practices to ensure every job meets the highest standards.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into plumbing by helping out family and friends with small repairs, and I quickly realized I had a real skill for it. I enjoyed the hands-on work and the satisfaction of solving problems that others couldn’t. Over time, I started taking on bigger jobs, learning from mentors, and eventually decided to build something of my own. That’s how Western Commercial Plumbing was born—built on hard work, trust, and a passion for helping people when they need it most.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a wide range of customers, including property managers, restaurant owners, retail chains, industrial facilities, and homeowners. Most of my work focuses on commercial service and repair—handling complex jobs like backflows, underground pipe repairs, and large-scale water and gas systems. I also bring that same level of expertise to homeowners who want the job done right the first time.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project I’m especially proud of was a backflow repair we completed for a commercial property in Lake Elsinore. The customer had an urgent issue that was affecting their water system and needed it resolved quickly and professionally. We diagnosed the problem, sourced the parts, and had everything repaired and tested the same day. What stood out was how smooth the job went—from communication to cleanup—and how relieved the client was to have it handled without disruption.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for a licensed and insured plumber with experience in the type of work you need—especially if it’s a big job or a commercial property. Ask questions about their past projects, response times, and how they handle unexpected issues. Make sure they offer clear estimates and stand behind their work. A great plumber should not only fix the problem but also give you peace of mind throughout the process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before speaking with a plumbing professional, customers should think through a few key things:
What exactly is the issue? Be as specific as possible—location, symptoms, when it started, etc.
What’s the property type? Residential, commercial, restaurant, etc.—it helps us plan the right tools and crew.
Are there access limitations? For example, is the area behind a wall, under concrete, or in a high-traffic space?
What’s your ideal timeline? Do you need it fixed ASAP or is it a planned project?
What’s your budget range? This helps us tailor solutions that fit your expectations.
