What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For most services I offer a flat fee of $200 to come out and do most simple jobs. For more complex projects, I will always an offer a free quote for the work to be done based on time, materials, and the scope of the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I meet a new customer, I start by discussing the project’s details and timeline to understand their needs. Next, I visit the site to evaluate the existing system and determine the required work, which allows me to provide an accurate quote. Once the quote is approved, I explain the necessary work and then proceed to complete the job in a timely manner, maintaining high-quality standards throughout. This approach ensures clear communication, accurate quotes, and timely project completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the field for 6 years tackling a variety of projects. I also completed a 4 year plumbing apprenticeship program that granted me my Journeyman license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the Plumbing trade because I wanted an exciting career that would allow a lot of personal growth and independence.

I have worked with a variety of customers such as homeowners, general contractors, and landlords.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a bathroom remodel. Installed new lavatories, toilets, and two new shower valve. This project took just under 2 days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to ask lots of clarifying questions! It is important to understand the process and why it is that way.
