I treat every customer as if they were my only customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I do not charge anything to come take a look and give a quote. I will come prepared to do the job and if we agree on a price, will begin immediately.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the industry my entire adult life. I have worked for large companies in both residential and commercial settings. I also attended/completed schooling to become a certified HVAC technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I owned a property preservation company for many years, maintaining foreclosed homes for Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all types of customers. Private homeowners, landlords, investors, property management companies, and realtors just to name a few.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Honestly, I am fond of each and every project I complete. This is more than a job to me, it is my creative outlet. I put my heart and soul into it, no matter how large or small the task may be.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

By all means, shop around. Try to keep in mind that there are other factors to consider other than just pricing. Quality of workmanship and materials used, warranty and/or willingness to stand behind one's work, reliabilty, and communication (or lack thereof) are equally important when making a decision.
