What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a flat rate company. Our technician comes out and assess the situation and then will present several options for the fix. If you happen to not want to move forward, we do have a $89.95 dispatch fee. We offer Senior, Military & First Responder discounts!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our office staff will gather all information and dispatch it over to the appropriate technician. Once technician is on site, they will assess the issue and then will present options to move forward.

We are licensed and insured, as well as having 25+ years of experience in the trade

Make sure you hire the correct contractor! You get what you paid for - we aren't the cheapest, but we aren't the most expensive either. Make sure the company is licensed, insured and provides a good warranty.
