What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we send a technician out first to physically see the issue at no cost and then we offer free estimates. We don’t ever want to bait and switch anyone with really low prices over the phone and much higher prices when we get there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Currently our company holds 8 different types of state licenses That pertain to our line of work. Continuing education keeps us up to date with new materials and designs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a third generation plumber.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We do whole home renovations and we really like seeing customers’ visions come to life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You should always verify the contractors are licensed and insured, their mess up can become your responsibility.

The most important question before you have a professional fix an item in your home is, do you like the item enough to fix it or should you replace it? Always get quotes for both it may save you a lot of money and aggravation.
