find out what plumbing issue they are having

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to plumbing school for five yrs local union 719 pass my journeyman license test I also have certificate in building repair and maintenance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this type of work when I was in high school .

What types of customers have you worked with?

all types.an array of people,all customers are different in there own way.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

a single family house that I repipe from polybutelene to pex.

make sure the pro is bonded & insured,and they are local,and have good reviews from past customers.

what exactly they want done,there budget ,and when they want the work done. assure them them that I can fix the problem proceed to give them estimate.
