We currently offer discounts for repeat customers, and customers who refer others as a token of our appreciation

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with a new customer is simple and straight forward. The customer tells us what he/she wants and we will give them the estimate and if both parties agree then we can start the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Prior to starting our own family operated business we worked with in other licensed plumbing companies, and other contracting companies as well, so we have other experience besides plumbing, such as electrical, drywall hanging, framing, painting, tiling, etc..

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always liked working hands on and plumbing always spoke to me the complexity and care that is needed when doing this type of work really intrigued me

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with all customers, from small private homes to big buildings, and commercial property. No customer is to big or small for us !!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recent project i took on was redoing a private house 3 floors with a basement from top to bottom, running new sewer lines, water lines, and heating lines. I was very fond of this project because all the plumbing in the house is new and tested and the owner will have no issues for many years to come, the project took about a month.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say don't get fooled by the most expensive companies or the biggest names because, they constantly hire new people that might not be experienced to do the work necessary. Always do your research and get multiple opinions depending on the work you need done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should be very detailed about the job such as, location does anything need to be broken to have access, access to shut off water or heat, when would they like to do the job, have and as many pictures as possible, the more details the more accurate and good experience they will
