What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, specializing in residential plumbing repairs and installations. During that time, I’ve worked under licensed professionals, learning industry-standard practices and gaining real-world knowledge on water heater maintenance, faucet and toilet repairs, water filtration systems, and more. I stay up to date with local plumbing codes and best practices to ensure every job is done safely, cleanly, and professionally.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started in plumbing over 5 years ago by working alongside experienced professionals. I quickly found that I enjoyed solving problems and helping homeowners with everyday plumbing issues. Over time, I gained the skills and confidence to take on more responsibility and eventually decided to start my own company. Drip Doctor Plumbing Co was born from my passion for quality work, honest service, and the goal of building something for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a wide range of customers — from homeowners needing quick repairs to landlords looking for reliable maintenance between tenants. Most of my work is with everyday families who need help with things like faucet replacements, toilet repairs, water softener installations, and other minor plumbing issues. No matter the job, I focus on clear communication, clean work, and making sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent job I really enjoyed was installing a new water filtration and softener system for a family dealing with hard water issues. They were tired of dealing with spots on their dishes, itchy skin, and buildup in their plumbing. I walked them through the options, helped them pick the right system, and had it fully installed and tested in just a few hours. The difference in their water quality was immediate, and they were beyond happy — which made it one of my favorite projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Always look for someone who’s honest about what they can and can’t do. Ask if they’re licensed (if required), insured, and experienced with the specific type of work you need. Check reviews or ask for references. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about the process and pricing upfront — a good provider will take the time to explain things clearly. Most importantly, go with someone who makes you feel comfortable and respected in your own home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before reaching out, it helps to have a few things in mind: 1. What exactly needs to be fixed or installed? (Faucet, toilet, dishwasher, etc.) 2. When did the problem start? Has it gotten worse over time? 3. Have you tried any temporary fixes? 4. Where is the issue located? (Kitchen, bathroom, outside, etc.) 5. What’s your budget or timeline? 6. Do you have photos or videos of the issue? These help a lot when giving an estimate.
