What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a $95 diagnostic fee for each service call. if repairs are approved then that gets applied to the repair costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We connect thru phone calls, texts, and emails sent thru our website. Once contact is made we set a time window convenient for our customers

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We hold a un-resistricted master plumbers licence. All our techs are highly trained with most having over a decade of experience each. We go thru regular weekly training and training events throughout the year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in June of 2000 as a tech assistant and stayed with 1 company until 2015 when Plumber Pro began.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with everyone from stay at home moms, small families, college kids, large and small businesses, churches and private schools.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installed a new water service line for a customer who had been given the run around by other contractors on how to get it done and when they could get it done. We completed the project in a day shortly after our first meeting with them and they were extremely happy to have found us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customer Service is everything to us. We want each person who calls to know how we care about them and appreciate the opportunity to serve them.

Start with finding a qualified caring company that handles the type details in their project. From there smaller details and specifics can work themselves out as the process moves forward.
