What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the client should know that we can always find a common compromise on the cost of services, and once we have discussed the cost of work, the price in 99% of cases will not be changed upwards, it can only change if the client asks for additional work during the work, so I am always happy to help.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the task, I estimate the cost, agree on the details, do the work, the client checks and pays.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my studies at university with a degree in «Home Master,» which provided me with a solid theoretical foundation and practical knowledge in this field. Additionally, I attended several specialized workshops that allowed me to develop skills in [electrical work, plumbing, replacing and installing outlets, hanging lamps, cleaning air systems, repairing and replacing faucets, sinks, and all other tasks that require maintenance and replacement in apartments and private homes]. These courses and workshops have deepened my knowledge and improved the quality of my work, which is crucial for completing tasks to a high standard.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The beginning of my work goes back to before I started working on this site, I have been doing many types of work for a long time, it’s just that this application helps me find more interesting work that brings me pleasure.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with various clients: home and apartment owners, landlords, property managers, small businesses. I perform both minor household repairs and more complex tasks around the house. I always adapt to the needs of the client and ensure a quality result.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a very interesting job assembling home furniture, thanks to the fact that the client and I contacted each other very quickly, the shortest dates were discussed when I could start work, and the work was done very well and with the highest quality.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important advice is that the faster you find common ground, the faster and better the task assigned by the customer to the contractor will be completed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would recommend the client to first contact the contractor, give as much information as possible about what the client needs, not worry and send photos of what needs to be done and the faster the issue of what needs to be done is closed, the faster the client will receive a high-quality result of the work that he needs.
