Customers should know that there is a consultation fee of $75, and I waive this fee if hired for the job

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, i like to assess the problem fully and accurately before giving an estimate of the specific job. I text them with respect and cooperate with them to have everything to their standards

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to trade school and trained under several journeyman and master plumbers over the last couple years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to trade school for a year and then went on to be a commercial plumber for two years. I am now doing service work to broaden my skillset and do more meaningful work to help clients with any plumbing issues

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some advice to a customer would be to take pictures of the work area and what needs to be done, so that i can provide more accurate estimates and better understand the project
