What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a Flat rate company. We charge a very competitive rate bigger companies can't afford to beat our pricing because they price gouge when inflation hit. We don't. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and Understand hard times. We work with customers all the time on pricing and billing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establish a good business relationship first, and make them feel absolutely comfortable with them trusting us in there home. Knowing they're in good hands and the job will be done correctly!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My mentor was my father. Credentials consisting of college, vocational education,business contractual law, criminal justice and criminal psychology major multiple other experienced Journeymen older than myself I still utilize if necessary. (MAC & JH)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Father was a master Plumber for the State so I grew up working with him from 89-98 very young then I was so good by the time I was of age I worked for fun until I went to college. After I graduated everything/God kept calling me back to Plumbing and here we are! Little Corny but True

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any and all from NBA basketball Players, to Actors to Ceo's of Large Corporation's to Major Chain Hotel's, to us plain folk who just want an honest company to do honest work!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Plumbed in a new music Studio that was built on top of another one they called"Stairway to Heaven" 45 steps to top , it's was intimidateing but got it done with a very satisfied customer! For Hundreds of dollars less than multiple competitors estimated and in half the time frame!
