The customer should know what the price is per hour before the job and also if there’s an option for a flat rate

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The thing I do is introduce myself to the customer find out what it is that they want and make sure that they’re comfortable with everything before starting to work and then that they’re satisfied with the work after completion

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve done all types of work in this field construction, electoral plumbing I’ve done many types of assembly of furniture. I’ve worked on all types of appliances and as I said, I’ve learned it from professionals as well as working side-by-side with them.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been doing repair work ever since I was a young boy working on one thing and then another and learning from professional professionals how to do a lot of different types of work

I work with all types of customers because I realize that there are people that need help and they look to others who have the ability to help them

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was at a dentist office and it took me about an hour. I had to repair one of his doors. The cylinder on top was broken.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the individual you are looking to hire is someone that is relatable and friendly, but most of all professional and that they take great pride in their work

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should always ask the professional how much experience they have in the various repairs and how long do they think it would take to complete the task
