Introduction

Doing a good job is my main focus. I like to take my time to ensure the job is done correctly. I'm a great listener, which helps me cater to my customers' needs. In addition, I also have a crew to tackle all big projects. We do everything except concrete and roofing. I always have help, and no job is too big. We do interior/exterior painting and bathroom/kitchen remodeling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can give you best deal by giving you three options to either pay by the hour, the day, or the job. Materials are negotiable to be paid by customers or to come out price of job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listen to customers needs, diagnose the work or repair, suggest and obtain materials, complete work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Attended/Finished Construction Trade School. Received my interior/exterior construction certificate and General Contract certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family business, experience from teaching myself and previous jobs I've worked for. Most of my work was learned from my partner Mark Bryant and Mark it Done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've had just about every type of customer there is.

I'm fond of all my work because I do it right and leave all my customers pleased.
