Introduce myself at your door, explain the process of the repair, present price, perform work, test work, make sure customer is satisfied.

Through an apprentice program out of high school

Every type of customer I have worked with. Whatever your needs are we are able to work with you!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Kitchen Faucet replacement and repipe. The Work did not take any longer then 2 hours and the finished product was able to provide a much cleaner look and better water flow for the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are trustworthy and professional

Price, time, possible upcharges or warranty work.
