How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I had a mentor who was keen on "exceptional verbal landscaping communication and services". During his tutelage I learned the need to knows about irrigation. 12 years later I grew tired of Night Shifts, so I applied for a landscaping position with a West Valley company that service huge HOA properties. They read my application and thought I was more suited for responsibility. From that point history was made, I enjoy "seeing the ground" and "understanding what needed as soon as I arrive". Its worth it to see a customer react to my clear communication

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
HOA Presidents, Property Managers, Warranty Companies, Homeowners and Contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I enjoy reading the ground and learning Zone areas. This past week I was at The Biltmore Circle mapping a property. A homeowner wanted to ensure all plant life received proper water distribution. She was stunned with the results, the way I articulated Irrigation with pose and demonstration. This is something I get from people right away when they meet me, thats what makes mapping and any project enjoyable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be specific on your issue or inquiry. Is it a "Sprinkler Replacement", "A poly line break", "water keeping running and my timer is off", "My timer isn't working", "I want a tune up", "I think my planets aren't getting watered in an area" or " want to add an additional irrigation line"? Your answers allow for me to make quicker repairs, and keep labor cost down for you!
