Hi :D Our purpose is to save and protect coral reefs. This fuels everything we do and how we do it. From offering sustainable reef lease systems to designing eco-friendly ponds to providing quality fountain maintenance and repair services. Our work and our customers help us fund coral conservation efforts in critical areas all around the globe Knowing that at the end if the year, our efforts help make a difference in restoring some wild reef habitats. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do! We have several flat rate plans available. Each one designed for the different types of aquariums we come across.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first have to figure out our clients goals. Everyone wants something different and for long term success, we make sure to understand our clients expectations so we can provide them with a service plan that best suites their goals and budgets

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team has been servicing and renovating aquariums, ponds, and fountains since 2004. We've learned everything we know from real world experience and have seen pretty much everything out there :)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Personally, I've been in the hobby since I was about 6. This is my passion.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work on all types of projects with all types of people. From large commercial locations to small private residences

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a major waterproofing project on a custom waterfall/waterfall fountain that really pushed us to the limit. once we started demolition, we came across every problem with the system you can imagine, extending the project beyond ylthe original 10 day forecast to 17. But we managed to get all the extra repairs done and ended with a very happy customer

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking for a new aquarium maintenance company, than have the prospective companies all come out and view your aquarium in person. That way we know exactly what we will be working with

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your realistic project / monthly budget? What do you want to get out of your aquarium / pond / water feature? Are you willing to do some work, or are you looking to have a hands free system?
