What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are reasonable and competitive. I also provide discounts to clients that refer me to there relatives or friends .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I respond right away to my clients because I understand the importance of that . I usually can come out for a estimate within 1-2 days of contacting me . I also provide a printed work summary after meeting with the client . I send that through email or can drop off a paper copy .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this for 7 years and have learned a lot of valuable hands-on experience from my peers and friends through the landscaping community .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At the age of 14 I started pushing my dads lawn mower around my neighborhood to earn couple dollars on the side every weekend. Looking back I wouldn’t change anything because landscaping has been my passion every since . I would love to transform the curb appeal of your home through my dedicated work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with young adults that have bought there first home . I also worked with seniors that love making there home beautiful through detailed landscape designs . I have worked with realtors and new home developments and everything in between .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently finished a complete backyard remake . We installed a brand new fence ,new plants , decorative rock and mulch . We also did tree trimming and stump grinding for the client . The project took us 6 days of work .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend to ensure the company puts safety first when working around your home . Someone trustworthy Is the one you should hire even if they might have a bid a little bit higher than the previous landscaper . Hire someone that’s willing to go out of there way to meet the customers needs .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will you keep the landscape and how will you maintain it? If a customer is investing a large sum of money I would ensure they have a plan for maintenance. Maintenance is important because if you don’t take care of the landscape it can possibly ruin your investment.
