What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I’m $50 an hour for labor on all sprinkler and irrigation repair plus parts. I will give estimates upfront so my clients know what to expect. Some of these old systems may require a lot of troubleshooting and can take time to figure out total cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to go check the job out and give an estimate the best I can inform them of my hourly rate and give them a realistic timeframe when I can do the job so expectations are clear upfront

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Just a lot of years working in construction water systems and Landscape work

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started doing my own repairs at home and then expanded from there working for other people from church and in the neighborhood

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have been doing a lot of valve repairs on different residential properties because it’s that time of year— always satisfying to see them work properly without any leaks of course that’s the exciting part!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have the right skill set and actually use the right professional materials glues and pipes etc. there’s a lot of crazy stuff patching together sprinkler systems out there I see it all the time

What is your budget? If you look for someone to do it cheaper, can you afford to have it repaired again?
